Karol Nawrocki applied to the Constitutional Court (TK) for a declaration of non-compliance with the constitution of the programme objectives and activities of the Communist organization of Poland (KPP). Reason? The allegation of referring to "totalitarian methods and practices of communism and the presumption of force to gain power and influence state policy".
