President accused by vice president. "Silence is not an option"

A complaint has been filed with the prosecutor's office against Milorad Dodik, president of the Republika Srpska, 1 of the 2 main constituent entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The accusation concerns the anticipation that the politician committed the crime of inciting hatred on national and spiritual grounds. It was filed by Igor Stojanovic, vice president of the another part of the country.
