The Prime Minister won't block the election of the First president of the SN? The countersignate dispute is coming back

Prof. Małgorzata Manowska asked the Constitutional Court to examine the provisions which order the president to get the signature of the Prime Minister under the decision to appoint the head of the assembly, who elects the candidates I president of the SN and the presidents of the individual chambers. Donald Tusk had already given specified a countersignature once, and later tried to retreat it.
