Bonuses for municipal companies in Gdańsk. “Time to end fat cats”

Over PLN 2 million amounted to variable salaries granted to management boards of companies with the participation of the city of Gdańsk for 2024. And here is an crucial item – it is about bonuses for last year, but paid only in 2025. The mechanics works late: companies first clear the results, then submit applications, and supervisory boards decide on payouts. Data was revealed by PiS councillors Andrzej Skiba, Barbara Imianowska and Przemysław Majewski. As they announced, this complements the opposition study on the condition of Gdańsk.
