The methods of the current government are rather specific, concerning implementation in Poland, the regulation of law. "We will apply the law as we realize it" - In short, if any opinions are of benefit to us, we will usage them and ignore them unfavorable and what will they do to us? The latest opinion of the Venice Commission on the President's acceptance of the oath from the judges elected by the Sejm was received enthusiastically. Has it always been like this? I will present a fewer statements by the lawyers supporting the Polish constitution regarding erstwhile opinions of this body.
"CommissionVenetian is not a pope for Christians, and she has no dogma of infallibility. In my opinion, the Venice Commission was incorrect in its double opinion" said Prof. Sandurski before becoming a associate of it.
"Something that the Venice Commission did not take into account is the Polish Constitution" stated K.Markiewicz from the association "Iustitia"/
"Remember who's on the Venice Commission. Of the Polish representatives, there are people who, in my opinion, put their hand in breaking the regulation of law".The Minister of Justice said? Żurek.
Opinion or erstwhile opinions were not understandable to those representatives who "apply the law as they realize it," and afraid the publication of T sentences and the neo-Judge fresh Year's Day. Whether the government has followed these opinions - of course it has not- ignored the opinions of KW due to the fact that it is only the opinion of a group of lawyers alternatively than the decision to be made. But erstwhile the last opinion concerning the swearing-in, elected by the Sejm of the judges of the TK was in the minds of the rulers, the situation changed. Prime Minister D. Tusk launched an attack on president K, Nawrocki claiming that "The Venice Commission's assessments are respected by all". Not by president Nawrocki. As the Prime Minister tends to do, delicately speaking, he misses the truth. KW's recommendations were repeatedly not respected by the government headed by Tusk.
