Officers of CBŚP and KAS, acting under the supervision of the territory Attorney's Office in Poznań, liquidated the illegal cigaret filter factory.
Five persons suspected of participating were detained in the case
in an organized crime group. The detainees were brought to the territory Attorney's Office in Poznań,
where they heard allegations concerning, among others, participation
in an organised criminal group and infringements of industrial property rights, including trade in counterfeit trademarks.
The D.A. has taken free precautions against everyone. They're facing up to 8 years in prison.
