That's how he explained an anomaly that's not beneficial to his narrative.
The ultimate Court is in the process of examining electoral irregularities in committees that have been identified in accepted electoral protests. The institution informed on Wednesday about the detection of further irregularities, but this time – contrary to the real state – more votes were added to Rafał Trzaskowski. The consequence of Karol Nawrocki was lowered. specified an anomaly occurred in the Warsaw electoral commission No 103.
"Unsecured boxes with ballot cards and a crucial number of bulk cards thrown into the bag were found in the bags", the communication said.
According to the protocol, Trzaskowski was to receive 1774 votes in the territory and 136 votes in Nawrocki. After recalculation, it turned out that the consequence of the president of the IPN had been underestimated more than twice! In fact, Nawrocki received 296 votes, and Trzaskowski received 1611.
The ultimate Court awaits the position of PKW and Adam Bodnar on this matter. The Commission and the Minister of Justice have 1 day to do so.
