15 fire brigades were put out on Thursday of the fire which broke out at the site of the waste disposal plant in Ciepielówek, in the area of Wschowski (Lubuskie).
The fire appeared in 1 of the halls, was mastered; no 1 was harmed – told PAP spokesperson for the Lublin PSP Mł. Brig. Arkadiusz Kaniak.
The fire study came in on Thursday at 3.38. The fire appeared in the hall, where there is, among others, a incineration plant, and precisely in part, where waste prepared for this form of disposal is stored.
- I'm sorry. After respective hours of intense action, the fire was contained, it does not spread. It is presently extinguishing. It could take hours. Fortunately, no 1 was injured, nor was it essential to evacuate. Residential buildings are rather far away, and there is simply a favorable wind direction that carries smoke over forest areas," said Brig. Kaniak.
