Russian president Vladimir Putin signed a decree changing the name of the Volgograd airport - the Kremlin press service reports. Volgograd global Airport is now called Stalingrad. That was the name of the city in russian times. Returning to the name from the russian times was to be demanded by the inhabitants of the city.
