After talking to Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish Jacek Tomczak resigns from the position of Deputy Minister of improvement and Technology – informs Virtual Poland.
Virtual Poland has reported that Deputy Minister Jacek Tomczak is moving a notarial law firm that has been working with developers for years and that Deputy Minister of improvement and Technology has been fighting for housing credits for months.
The developer's activity of Tomczak includes both the drawing up of preliminary contracts for the acquisition of real property before construction and contracts transferring ownership to the buyer after completion of the investment.
Adam Bodnar calls for explanations – Ministry under scrutiny
Adam Bodnar, Minister of Justice, referred to the case in an interview in the program "Tlit".
Let's give the minister a chance to explain himself – he appealed.
Bodnar stressed that as a associate of the Council of Ministers he sees the situation as a "team game" in which compliance with the rules is essential and that an appropriate explanation should come from Tomczak's superiors.
Bodnar pointed out that for now there is no certainty whether the case should go to the D.A., but announced an analysis of possible conflicts of interest.

Controversial message on housing investments
Deputy Minister Tomczak besides sparked a storm with his speech in the Sejm, concerning the “Credit for Start” programme. Tomczak argued that housing investments are a way for Poles to defend capital from inflation.
If individual says he is an opponent of the “Credite on the start”, he is de facto an opponent of supporting families," he said, defending the strategy of subsidies.
Tomczak is considered a strong supporter of the program, even though experts inform that it can fuel the emergence in housing prices, which as a consequence will service developers more than families in request of support.
