Possible change of power in Iran? "Not the way Israel thinks"

According to Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel's attack on Iran may very likely bring about a change of power in Tehran. These, in his opinion, are "very weak". But the Iranians do not necessarily seem to share his views. What do they say about the government and its possible replacement?
