Poland has inactive not recovered from Zondacrypto cryptocurrency. Let us remind: the popular and advertised platform by celebrities stopped paying money to customers, and its owner – Przemysław Kral – disappeared. The threads here are inconsequential, but let's effort to focus only on 1 thing: during the press conference Prime Minister Donald Tusk, citing the findings of the ABW, spoke about the money coming from the surroundings of Zondacrypto to the right. PLN 450 1000 was to go to the Sovereign Foundation of Poland and EUR 70 1000 from Krala to Przemysław Wipler Foundation.
Wipler accused the Prime Minister of innuendos, demanded apology, threatened the prosecution and accused Tusk of illegally utilizing ABW information. He admitted that the Good Government Foundation had commercially collaborated with Expofer Servis home (owned by Przemysław Krala), but argued that it was only about analytical work, having no connection with the crypto-activism Act. It's a maneuver Wipler's been practicing for years. In his biography, the private interest, the language of ideas, and the political activism intertwine so tightly that it is hard to indicate where convictions end, and the service provided to a circumstantial client begins.
Who is he?
Since he appeared in politics, it has been drawn to the free marketplace side. However, after 2000, the support for Janusz Korwin- Mikke and his colleagues was traceable. Subsequent parties founded by JKM were not without a goat were called couches, and the young man could at most build an environmental legend there, but surely not make a political career. That is why Wipler's first parliamentary mandate has won the letter of Law and Justice. He entered the Law and Justice as the founder of the Republican Foundation, which combined free marketplace idealism with practice: expert work, reports, increasingly broader contacts with business and politics. In this sense, his later transition to lobbying was not accidental. It's a logical consequence of the road he's been through. For Jarosław Kaczyński he may have been a abroad body, but with the PiS MPs he managed to strengthen relations which besides percentaged after leaving the Sejm. A well-developed career was interrupted by the October 2013 incidental before the club at Mazowiecka Street in Warsaw. Wipler then went to the soberhouse after police intervention, and the case became a media spectacle. He himself claimed to have been beaten by officers, renounced immunity, but did not plead guilty. A fewer years later, the court fined him for insulting police officers. Political effects were immediate. The politician left PiS, returned to Corwin, and then disappeared from the first political plan for a fewer years. But he didn't vanish from her back. On the contrary: contacts, designation and cognition of mechanisms have become capital that could be utilized not in the organization but in business.
He left the Sejm, but remained
After leaving the first line of policy, Wipler switched to an advisory business. He founded 5 Rand, and in 2018 his partner became Michał Krzymowski, which at first glance could look like an exotic marriage. After all, Krzymowski was not a right-wing activist, but 1 of the better journalists of “Newsweek”, author of the biography of Jarosław Kaczyński and a man who described the spheres of power for years. In practice, however, this duo worked very well. Wipler knew politicians, the content of laws and seismic corridors, Krzymowski knew media, editorials and the way communicative is built.
They talk reluctantly about their customers Wipler and Krzymowski. However, the press reports show that 5 Rand worked for companies whose interests depended not on average advertising, but on decisions of the state that regulate certain industries. The best example is British American Tobacco. Wipler's relation with the tobacco manufacture began before 5 Rand. Already in 2013, “Rzeczpospolita” reported that BAT paid for the Republican Foundation's study on tobacco excise duties – the second largest tobacco company in Poland. At the time, Wipler himself explained that as an MP he was no longer on the board of the foundation, and that he was prompted by the run of the Association of Employers of Poland to interpelle on the smuggling of excise products. As present in the Zondacrypto case, it explains that the interests of a peculiar company are besides crucial for the public interest.

If he had read this paragraph, he would most likely have smiled widely and said that this is what I am trying to prohibit politicians from having any views. But you admit that we are looking at individual else who criticises the bill simply due to the fact that they consider it harmful or otherwise individual who has taken money from manufacture curious in the form of these regulations in the past.
Criticism would be easier if we talked about a social politician who abruptly discovers enthusiasm for developers or a Green politician defending a garbage incinerator. The problem is that it is besides a planet view highly convenient for its erstwhile customers.

To Confederate supporters, all this slalom could even be impressive. We can be sure, however, that transfers to hundreds of thousands of zlotys are a small besides much to cover with further lectures on the free market.
