Montenegro, in a conversation with the native media, specified that Lisbon would not hesitate to mark Ukraine with its soldiers, “if necessary”. He explained that Portugal, following the rule of solidarity, would stand by its allies from the European Union to give Kiev safety guarantees after the war with Russia ended.
