Portugal will not hand over tanks to Ukraine alone, but jointly

The Portuguese army will not hand over its Leopard 2 tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine alone, defence Minister Helena Carreiras said in an interview with journalists. She added that a decision on the substance would be made within the framework of arrangements with another NATO countries.
