Portugal will not hand over Ukrainian tanks on its own, but together

The Portuguese army will not hand over its Leopard 2 tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine - announced defence minister Helena Carreiras in an interview with journalists. She added that the decision would be made in the framework of agreements with another NATO countries.
