Portuguese authorities will hand over the Leopard 2 tanks for the Russian invasion of Ukraine - announced Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa on Saturday. The politician did not specify how many of the 37 vehicles held by the Portuguese army would scope the Ukrainian armed forces.
