Never before has specified a comprehensive paper supporting safety been created - said head of the Ministry of Interior Marcin Kierwiński during the presentation "Safety Guide". The head of the MON, Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, argued that the manual should prepare us for "any crisis situation".
