"The prosecution charged erstwhile head of the MON for revealing strategical defence plans during the 2023 election campaign. Jarosław Kaczyński criticized investigative actions, calling them "anti-state". Błaszczak revealed secret papers from 2011, concerning a defence plan in case of a hold in the assistance of allies, assuming a possible withdrawal of troops behind the Vistula line. The erstwhile minister argued that this was evidence of the intention of the Tusk government to abandon east Poland. The indictment may be filed in 2 or 3 months.
