Krzysztof Bosak:
Today, together with Rafał Mekler, our leader from Lublin, we mention to the issue of national safety and counter-intelligence protection and the Polish State and Polish policy. After a fewer months of silence, we can uncover that Rafal Mekler, our leader in Lublin and the leader of the protest of carriers on the Polish border, held last year, helped Polish services charge Ukrainians, a foreigner who organized intelligence cooperation in the territory of the Polish State for the external intelligence agency. Rafał Mekler was 1 of the people who received the offer of cooperation from this Ukrainian, messages first ambiguous, later unequivocally proposing to supply information in exchange for financial remuneration.
Raphael Mekler, even though at the same time as the things we're talking about, was accused by any irresponsible people for the words of the public debate on favouring Russia, only due to the fact that he defended the interests of Polish carriers, who are clearly affected by capital from the east and by the decision of the European Union – at the same time he contacted the applicable institutions of the Polish State, providing them with information and helping them first to get evidence about the activity of this foreigner and then to charge him. In the meantime, his identity has been established, he has been detained and is presently in custody and has charged with an intelligence organization in our territory.
This shows that we as Polish nationalists, as Confederates, as members of the political movement that fights for the rights of Poles and for Polish interests, always act for the interests of the Polish State. No substance what our opponents say. I don't think there's a case that makes it clearer. I give my voice to the hero of this story, who remained in the shadows for many months, which was known by individual people working, whether in peculiar services or in the prosecutor's office, and present everyone can find out about it! There you go.
Rafał Mekler:
– For 73 days on the border of protest, I listened regularly to comments on my “agencies”. I have listened to many of the premonitions that I am working for Russia, that protest is in Russia's interest. Many times in those 73 days, I received threats, I was called at all times of day and night.. I've been mocked many times. I have besides repeatedly been the subject of any kind of investigations, investigations of various pseudo-OSINT organizations.
As a part of the interesting thing, I would like to say that, for example, Molfar has prepared a 21-page study on me, where she has posted quite a few false information, misconceptions, manipulations. The worst thing about this study is that my family's information, my children's data, my wife's data, my loved ones, has been made public. In a situation where the media, where the Ukrainian side, whose propaganda apparatus, so far working for war, turned against protestors, the disclosure of specified data, delicate data, was highly irresponsible!
Today, erstwhile I can tell you this, erstwhile the actual effort to get me to spy on him, the incitement to spy on him, has already come to light erstwhile the investigation is over, we're already in court, I can talk about it. I got information asking me to take pictures of military vehicles, military equipment vehicles to Ukraine.. In fact, if we truly got individual like this, this information could bring a lot to the Russian side, due to the fact that I will remind you that at all borders we had a protest, so for these 2 months, over 2 months, the Russian side would have full information about what entered Ukraine.
I refused to cooperate. At the same time, through my lawyer, we reported this instigation attempt. Service has taken action. I must praise the Agency for interior safety here, due to the fact that there are besides criminal threats proceedings against me that are being conducted by the police. Well, unfortunately, the pace of work is not that satisfactory, we do not see specified advancement here. Fortunately, on the subject of ABW espionage, the task was up.
I'd like it to come out here. We are absolutely pro-stateists. We are only curious in the welfare of our country. And at the minute erstwhile I see, as in my case, specified a situation that individual wants to act against the Republic, I immediately respond, I immediately study it to the services. We are now in hard times, and all case should be stigmatized, and we must immediately study that, as a state, we must keep stableness so that as a state, we can get out of this warstorm, in which we participate indirectly.
Krzysztof Bosak:
– So this is the story. This shows that all of us as participants in public and social life must be on guard. There are attempts to recruit individuals through external intelligence services. Attempts are ongoing to spread sand into modes of operation of the Polish State. The Confederacy, the National Movement, another forces in the Confederacy, we have a pro-state approach. No substance who rules this country, we are on our side. We are besides always a support for those people who service you, work for you, defend borders, defend interior security. And with this communication present we wanted to scope the public, providing information about this another interesting case, where there was indeed a proposal and the proposal resulted in detention for the individual who submitted it, a foreigner who was in Poland, at the minute in custody with allegations.
