Polish production Black Hawk will strengthen the fleet of Romanian firefighting services

The Polish Aviation Plant Mielec, which belongs to Lockheed Martin, informed about signing a contract to acquisition a chopper for Romanian rescue and firefighting services. "This additional aircraft **will join the Romanian fleet of Sikorsky S-70M Black Hawk helicopters*, which are presently being utilized in sea and land configuration by rescue and search services and fire units. They will besides be utilized to carry out transport missions and emergency medical support", says a communication published on PZL Mielec.
