The Polish court asks TSUE about WIBOR in debt agreements before 2018. Is this going to be a "precise bomb"?

Let us remember the date of September 25, 2025, as it may be the only 1 of the milestones in the case of loans with variable interest rates based on WIBOR. On that day, the territory Court in Warsaw, examining the case on the signature of Act XXVIII C 22943/22, decided to ask the Court of Justice of the European Union a preliminary ruling which may prove to be a breakthrough for borrowers who concluded contracts before 1 January 2018.
