President Karol Nawrocki handed over the act of appointing General Dyw. Pil. Ireneusz Nowak as commander of operational forces. At the same time, Nawrocki revealed that the outgoing operating commander Gen. Maciej Klisz would take over as chief of staff at the Allied NATO Force Command in Brunssum.
