Poland will gain the most EU billions for defence?

On Wednesday, the European Commission presented a so-called[White Paper on Defence](https://defence24.pl/defence-policy/ke-representation-white-ksiege-dot-European-defence) in which it clarified the plan for Europe's reinforcement, previously presented by the Head of the EC Ursula von der Leyen. This includes EUR 150 billion of loans for arms projects to be granted to projects proposed by associate States. The EC wants to finance joint procurement by at least 2 countries.
