Poland is inactive experiencing a minute of populism

After last year's elections, the minute of populism was not weakened, but, on the contrary, only intensified. Its essence is to normalize the logic of the state of emergency erstwhile reaching for outright measures to resolve subsequent crises is simply a necessity or, at best, a temptation.
