The Government strategical Reserve Agency explained in its Communication that** it is about specialised flights and operations of MEDEVAC under the EU RescEU programme** – the Union civilian Protection mechanics (UCPM) instrument created by the European Commission to supply fast and coordinated assistance in emergency situations – from natural disasters to wellness threats and humanitarian crises.
