At the end of 2025, the largest planning operation in the past of the Polish administration ended. All 2477 municipalities in Poland submitted their evacuation plans to the provincial authorities and – crucially – they all met the statutory deadline. In practice, this means that procedures can be launched immediately and emergency decisions are to be taken within 15 minutes.
