The Polish Police keep that reports of the death of a 56-year-old Ukrainian driver in line at the Polish border are false. Farmers, on the initiative of “The Cheated Village” began protesting the crossing of the Medica border on Thursday morning, demanding various demands specified as corn subsidies and a simplification in agricultural tax.
The protest of farmers has joined the protest of the Ukrainian-Polish border carriers, which has lasted for respective days, who block border crossings, among others in Korczowa, Dorohusk and Hrebenn, Lublin Voivodeship.
The Vice-President of the Association of global car Carriers, Volodymyr Balin, informed the media on 23 November that the Ukrainian driver at the age of 56, awaiting entry into Poland, died on the side of the Polish border.
– The most probable origin of death are physiological causes, but in any case the stress that drivers feel about this strike, connected with the fact that they are forced to live in trucks and it is unclear erstwhile they can get to Ukraine, deepens – Said Ukrainian.
