Poland has the least housing for elder citizens in Europe - do developers see a fresh marketplace in this and will service the government?

Poland has 1 of the lowest available housing and care facilities in Europe for older people - and the number of seniors will increase systematically in the coming years. However, most large developers are inactive just observing this market, alternatively of investing in it. However, there are exceptions - 1 of the companies is already building the first elder residences and another is preparing projects in respective cities.
