Local Poland shrinks faster than it might seem. In 2 decades, the number of inhabitants fell in 70% of Polish municipalities. Individual expenditure on public services in depopulation municipalities is constantly increasing, and their own income as the local economy shrinks – according to the study of the Polish economical Institute.
