Poland buys "long fists" to F-35

[as stated in MON](https://www.gov.pl/web/national defence/signing-agreement-on-rakiety-dla-f-35-with-share-sef-mon), the agreement includes the acquisition of the latest version of AIM-120D-3 air-grade missiles AMRAAM worth about $500 million net. transportation is planned for 2030-2031. These advanced weapons systems are characterized by improved tactical and method parameters compared to erstwhile AIM-120C missiles, including extended range, improved navigation and better communication with the carrier platform – F-35 aircraft.
