Polish employees of the Tesla gigafactory close Berlin are increasingly talking about unequal treatment and discrimination from German management. The biggest problem they point to is the deficiency of training and blocking of the pathways of promotion – Poles have remained in lower positions for years, while the key functions in the mill are exclusively occupied by Germany.
