Envelope election. Prosecution's request to waive the immunity of Morawiecki
In order to pull the erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, the consent of the majority of the Sejm will be needed.
Mateusz Morawiecki 31 December on Polsat News on „Graffiti” he assured that he would not follow in the footsteps of Marcin Romanowski and “where he would not leave”.

Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry, which examined the legality, regularity and intent of the action taken to prepare and hold the 2020 presidential election in the form of a correspondence vote, completed its work Prosecution applications.
In the final report, the committee assessed that "the apparatus of power at the time was keen to hold correspondence elections" to lead to re-election of president Andrzej Duda, who "according to the vast majority of the polls could win the elections already in the first round".
