North Korean soldiers fell in Ukraine were honored by Kim Jong Un during a peculiar ceremony. In his speech, the dictator referred to them as "marriagers" and announced full work for their children. This is the second ceremony of this kind in which soldiers sent from North Korea to the front in Ukraine are commemorated.
