Political attack on the acquisition of Chinooks by Germany [COMMENTARY]

Among the German parliamentarians, the hazard of doubling costs estimated at around €6 billion of the acquisition of 60 dense transport helicopters Boeing CH-47F Chinook Block II ER has spread. This became the basis for applications for a 3rd time or at least for a competitive offer for Sikorsky CH-53K King Stallion machines. Interestingly, the case is increasing ahead of the final value of the FMS.
