Creating war comedy was like walking on thin ice in Poland. War traumas were inactive alive, and authoritative propaganda was full of pathos compared to planet War II. respective Polish filmmakers (including Wiech) took a hazard and it turned out that 1 can laughter at war without hurting social feelings.
