Polish equipment went to Ukraine. Reznikov: It is ready for usage on the front

The Polish KRAB cannonohaubice are ready for usage on the front – informed the head of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine Alexij Reznikov.


Last week Polish Radio reported that Kiev received 18 pieces of modern self-propelled cannons KRAB from Poland. Poles were besides to train Ukrainian artillerymen who would operate equipment.

According to The Kyiv Independent, the head of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry confirmed that the equipment received from Poland is ready for usage on the front.

New phase of Russian aggression

Attacking Ukraine, Putin sparked a conflict that has evolved into the largest armed confrontation in Europe since the end of planet War II. Experts believe that the Russian operation has already entered a fresh phase and shortly in Donbasa may come to an armored conflict that has not been seen in over 80 years. That's why Kiev keeps asking the West for aid in the transportation of dense weapons.


The war which Moscow has been calling "a peculiar military operation" for over 3 months led to over 5 million Ukrainians fleeing abroad, most of which (3 million) to Poland.

Putin gave orders to invade

On 24 February Vladimir Putin sent troops to Ukraine in consequence to a request from the leaders of the self-appointed republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, which Russia had previously declared independent and signed cooperation and common assistance agreements with them.


The invasion of Russian troops preceded Putin's tv appearance, in which he reported that he had decided to carry out a "special military operation" to defend people "who suffered abuse and genocide by the Kiev regime".


Russia's attack on Ukraine is the second phase of the conflict that has continued since April 2014. The war was preceded by a revolution in Majdan and the alleged Crimean crisis, which led to the annexation of the peninsula by Russia. 8 years ago, Russian armed forces began the business of Crimea. An illegal "referendum" was carried out in the presence of the troops, and it was subsequently announced that Crimea had joined the Russian Federation.
