Polish episcopate against sex ideology. Maturity is simply a crime
date:16 November 2024 Editor: Anna
A squad of experts of the Polish Episcopal published a message on "gender change". As the authors stressed, human sex is biologically dependent and related to procreative potential. sex explanation and transsexual fashion – showing sex roles as a kind of oppression that must be overcome “will awaken opposition”, reads the document.
KEP publication begins with a reminder of biological factors affecting sex development. Their described influence proves that the impact of nature precedes the engagement of the environment in shaping sexuality, and its consequence is the education of 2 sexes – male and female. Deviations from this binary division, specified as Turner's syndrome or indifference, are uncommon disorders, not another full forms of sexuality.

Culture and identity patterns are besides not a tiny part of human sexual development. This is why, in the opinion of the authors, the position “not ethically acceptable” must be considered to be “the usage of teenage blockers”. At the time of maturing, the recognition of man with his manhood and femininity is only firm and prone to distortion.
“The contemporary treatment of sex as a kind of force of nature towards man, the force from which to be liberated, raises the question,” say experts of the Polish Episcopate. As specified requests remind us, the transsexual movement and its leading ideologists, specified as Judith Butler.
"In Butler's discourse, the body appears as a kind of empty and clean vessel ready to adopt any chosen concept of identity, sexuality and sexuality – repeatedly and inactive again", the authors of the post report. In view of this approach, it should not be amazing that "the treatment of the human person, which is so instrumental and detached from real reasons and arguments, raises opposition to both medical and pedagogical environments."
Experts of the Polish Episcopal besides referred to many statements by Pope Francis, in which the Holy Father pointed to the danger of "redefinition of sexuality".
“We experience the event of man’s demolition as God’s image. In Europe, America, Latin America, Africa, any Asian countries there is simply a actual ideological colonization. 1 of them – I say it clearly from “name” – is gender! Today, children in school – just children! – are taught in school: that everyone can choose their gender. Why do they teach that? due to the fact that textbooks impose those people and institutions that give money. It is an ideological colonization, besides supported by very influential countries. And that is terrible," said the Pope in 1 of these statements.
The crowning of sex explanation is the harmful practice of sex change, justifying the administration of hormonal agents to young people who impair their puberty, or even surgical genital mutilation. According to the authors, it is time to talk out about the many evidence of ineffectiveness and harm that akin actions cause:
"Therefore, it is not possible to ignore documented clinical cases showing that sex change has not improved the patient's wellness and well-being, has caused disappointment and attempts to full return to the primary sex have proved impossible. The usage of non-reflexive and besides hasty treatments for hormonal and surgical operations of sex change results in very serious and frequently irreversible consequences (infringement of human physical integrity by removing healthy organs, hormonal disorders, behavioural phenotype disorder). All of these activities, which are carried out without adequate, reliable and based on nonsubjective medical and intellectual criteria, violate the rule of proportionality and lead many, especially young people, to even greater intellectual suffering (a disagreement with "new sexual identity") and physical (irreversible changes in the body). The above-mentioned sources of philosophical and ethical subjectivism are consequently burdened with the large hazard of mutilation and injury of circumstantial individuals," says the published position.
As the episcopal experts stressed, criticism of the transsexual lobby and ideology cannot be considered to be a "speak of hatred" demanding penalisation. This makes it impossible to have honest, factual discussions about the problem.
Bishop Józef Wróbel SCJ of the Polish Bioethical Episcopal Conference of Experts calls: In general education (school and social) it is essential to emphasise both differences and natural complementarity between men and women to rise young people
