Polish combat frigate or patrol

Information about the changes in the task and the way in which the "Meaner" program is implemented is starting to origin concern. In this case, Babcock did not fulfil its role, which was to be the guarantor of a timely and consistent transfer of the frigate to the Polish Navy. It is besides not known whether under the current conditions Babcock's offer would be better than what the tkMS and Navantia companies had previously proposed.
