The organizers of the "ATP Challenger 100" (earth tennis) tournament in Kozerki sent a message to Russian and Belarusian tennis players not to study to the tournament, which will take place on August 14.
The organizers wrote: “Taking into account the situation in Ukraine and the armed aggression of Russia on these lands, delight refrain from submitting to the LOTTO KOZERKI OPEN ATP Challenger 100 tournament, players representing countries specified as Russia and Belarus. Players representing Russia and Belarus will not be welcome at the tournament and in the Kozerka complex. For these people we do not warrant seats on the grounds of the Academy".
President of the Russian Tennis Federation Shamil Tarpiszcze replied: “This is politics, we should not pay attention to it, but to play and do our job. If you have a visa, you gotta decision on. If they don't let them in, there will be a scandal."
I think it's all half-measures. Polish sports activists, in agreement with the Ministry of athletics and Tourism, should, under various pretexts, exclude most rivals from all professions. Germany – due to the fact that damages, Brazil – due to the fact that tropical forests, China – totalizm, Iran – homophobia, Cuba – communism, Hungary – pro-Russianism, etc. And then organize many global tournaments in all known and unknown sports. Why limit yourself to sports?
In this way we will be planet champions, Europe and Poland at the same time in various fields. It builds assurance in the government and gives a pleasant sense of power...
