Polish Black Hawks without simulator training

Military Unit No. 2305 (GROM) opened a procedure in June that afraid a simulator training service for S-70i/UH-60M/MH-60M Black Hawk chopper crews. Last week, the contracting authority annulled this procedure due to the deficiency of tenders submitted.
