Polish Army Festival: opportunities, challenges and problems in the shadow of war

This year's Polish Army Festival is held in the shadow of the war which takes place behind the east border of Poland. In consequence to the threat from aggressive Russia, decisions have been made in fresh months to step up the possible of the Polish Armed Forces. Their implementation will be 1 of the biggest, if not the biggest challenge facing the Polish Army since 1989.
