"In connection with the Russian Federation's attack on Ukraine's facilities, the operation of Polish and allied aviation in our airspace has begun" - informed the Operations Command of the Types of Armed Forces.
"In accordance with the procedures in force, the operational commander of the RFA has activated all available forces and resources at his disposal, on-call hunting pairs have been picked up, and ground-based air defence and radio-location systems have reached their highest readiness," the Operations Command of the Armed Forces Types in the morning announcement on X.
We read that “the steps taken are aimed at ensuring safety in areas bordering the affected areas.”
"RSZ Operations Command monitors the current situation and the subordinate forces and resources stay in full readiness to respond immediately," the military says.
