Since the morning of 9 September, officers from KWP in Radom have been conducting searches in many places in Poland concerning Gromda Fight Club. The activities were commissioned by investigators from the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw in proceedings concerning online content. No number of locations or detention information were given. The case requires precision and respect for the presumption of innocence.

The action was reported by the spokesperson for the Mazovia Police Katarzyna Kucharska. The activities are carried out by officers of the Provincial Police office in Radom dealing with the fight against cybercrime. Experts are besides involved.
The territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw confirmed that searches take place in various places of the country. At this stage, their exact number, addresses and list of secured items were not disclosed. There is besides no information about the detention or presentation of fresh charges. Searching is simply a trial, not a conviction.
The action is part of an investigation launched on July 29. Attorney's authoritative notice points out that the investigation concerns materials published from 25 May 2025 to 25 July 2026 in Gromda's accounts on X, YouTube and Facebook. Investigators analyse suspicions of public incitement to hatred and force for reasons of nationality, cultural and racial origins, praise for specified violence, insulting groups and promoting an ideology calling for violence.

The investigation was initiated after an analysis of publically available content posted by the federation. The D.A. assessed them as radically xenophobic and racist. She besides pointed to a message questioning the state monopoly on violence. These are assessments and suspicions of the investigating authority which must be verified on the basis of safe evidence.
The case is related to the July beating of a young couple of Ukrainian citizens in Wrocław. Two men were arrested in the attack itself.And the police are looking for a 3rd suspect. 1 of the arrested is simply a Gromda fighter. The work for the act shall be individual. It must not be transferred to the full sports environment or to any national group.
Patriotism Doesn't request cultural Violence
The state has a work to prosecute incitement to force and to defend people from assault due to origin. It besides has a work to defend legal debate, harsh criticism of migration policy and the right of Poles to defend their own identity.
