
KPP officers in Piaseczno detained 2 people in connection with having a wholesale quantity of “left” perfumes and clothing. The detainees were a 30-year-old Pakistani citizen and 25-year-old Ukrainians, Both will be liable for the trade in a product scope with proprietary trademarks, making themselves a permanent origin of income. They're facing 5 years of imprisonment.
Recently, capital officials fighting economical crime “trodden on their heels” 2 foreigners who were active in illegal trade in the Piaseczyński district. As they stated, the citizens of Pakistan and Ukraine supplied wholesale quantities of counterfeit premium brand goods and then sold it to customers, known through net instant messaging. A fewer days ago, criminals made an unannounced visit to foreigners at their crime scene. "Businessmen" entirely amazed by the arrival of police officers did not have any arguments to explain themselves from illegal activity.

At the time of their detention, they stayed in a building serving as a warehouse for the “left” goods. As a consequence of the search of the flat occupied by them, the criminals secured almost 83 1000 items of clothing and almost 4700 pieces of perfume with counterfeit trademarks. Associates were detained and transported to the Piaseczyń Police Command.
After collecting evidence, investigators presented 30-year-olds and 25-year-olds with allegations of marketing wholesale quantities of counterfeit perfumes and clothing (Article 305 of the Industrial Property Law).
Police officers secured almost PLN 35 1000 from detainees against future penalties.
Suspects confessed to the crime and filed explanations.
Both suspects are facing up to 5 years in prison.
Police from the Faculty of economical Crime and Corruption of the Piaseczno region Police office are investigating this case.
