Poland or the bureaucratic raison d'état?

Three out of 4 regulations in force in Poland were created in Brussels or during a gathering of an global organization. This is simply a slogan, hard to verify. Looking practically – we can see hundreds of regulations that have changed our lives and that were created during closed working groups and global conventions at which Poland is represented by anonymous officials.
