Technological sovereignty has become a loud slogan from the position of state security, both in the digital, economical and military dimensions. The Polish Army develops its own solutions, including command support systems, designation and safe communication. But from the position of the state, a peculiar platform for cooperation between armed forces, Polish start-ups, SMEs and the technological community is needed.
