Poland modernizes F-16. Chief MON signed a billion-dollar contract

Deputy Prime Minister and head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz signed an agreement in Bydgoszcz to modernise all 48 Polish F-16 fighters. The contract value is about $3.8 billion. Planes that have served in the Polish Army for 20 years will be upgraded to 1 of the most modern standards of Viper (Block 72) to meet fresh threats.
