The decision of the Polish Sejm to set up the 11th July Memorial Day of the Victims "genocide committed by the CNS and UPA" triggered a real storm in Kiev. The Ministry of abroad Affairs of Ukraine issued an authoritative statement, and the semi-official Deep State channel, linked to Ukrainian services, spared no emotional comments.
