A merger of military companies. PIT-Radwar and HZŁ together

[As we read in the infromizations published by the company's merger plan](https://www.pitradwar.com/a/2104, plan-union-spools-pit-radwar-s-a-i-military-liability-nr-2-s-a#), the merger will increase the share capital of PIT-RADWAR from PLN 459.651.1300.00 to PLN 466.639.340,00.
