The IBRiS survey asked how they assessed Waldemar Żurek's actions in clearing the regulation of law and justice. The results show that almost half of respondents – 45.1% – perceive them negatively (33.6% estimation them by far incorrect and 11.5 percent alternatively wrong). A affirmative evaluation was made by 32.4 percent of the survey participants, of which 11.7 percent considered the minister's actions to be definitely good and 20.7% alternatively good. 22.5 percent of respondents declared that there was no clear opinion.
As it turns out, the views of the participants are linked to their political sympathy. As many as 91.8 percent of the voters of the civilian Coalition, the 3rd Way and the fresh Left measure Żurk's work positively, while among opposition supporters 80.8% talk negatively about it. Among the undecided or non-elected, as many as 61.7% cannot measure the actions of the Minister of Justice in this area.
Ours is doing good and yours is doing bad.
Sociologist Prof. Jarosław Flis from the Jagiellonian University commented on the results of the survey for Republic of, stressing that the perception of reality by respondents is powerfully related to organization sympathy. The pattern of reasoning is based on the presumption that ours are doing the right thing, and yours are doing the incorrect thing..
Politologist Prof. Rafał Chwedoruk of the University of Warsaw named the results Surprisingly Unexpected. In his opinion, the poll is meaningful and shows that the current ruling coalition remains in positions developed in 2023.
Emotions of Poles weaken

The question of whether Donald Tusk's government should treat the settlement of the erstwhile power as 1 of its main priorities was answered by 41.6 percent of respondents, the other opinion was 39.6% and 18.8% did not.
This is simply a clear decrease compared to erstwhile studies. In April the opinion24 poll for Radio ZET showed that 61 percent of Poles supported the settlement of the erstwhile power, in December 2024 in a Pollster survey for Super Express This was the view expressed by 57 percent of respondents.
