The investigation was initiated on the basis of a notification from associate of the Roman Giertych Civic Coalition. In June tv Republika made public a fragment of the 2019 video of the conversation between Donald Tuski and Gierty, in which issues of electoral lists and talks with the then PO leader Grzegorz Schetyna about the possible start of Gierty in parliamentary elections were discussed.

Investigation ongoing
